I think One Piece is a pipe dream. It's the most popular manga of all time in Japan and the anime is extremely popular as well. Anything to do with a One Piece license can't be cheap. It's not like Toei would sell the rights to broadcast at a discount in the interest of expanding the series. They don't need to.

That has nothing to do with it. Maybe someone reported your link which could cause you multiple problems. Best thing to do is delete the link, and message the mod of whatever sub you are trying to post to.

I think so long as the series is well written and you are confident it is going to come back then it isn't a problem. Manga is best consumed in bulk rather than week to week anyway.

The problem with HxH though is nobody is ever confident it will come back.
