Working with CoffeeScript and SharePoint by 1what1in sharepoint

[–]woof404 0 points1 point ago

I love CoffeeScript and I have started to only using it on my SP projects.

Regarding your code, I would suggest you replace tabs with spaces and keep it two or four spaces for indentation.

Does anyone actually prefer dark roasts over lighter roasts? by PDXplitivein Coffee

I don't mind dark roast, but I've heard somewhere (oh, very scientific) that dark roast contains less caffeine than lighter roasts. Even though I appreciate coffee for it's taste - I STILL NEED MY DOSE!

Personally I usually find books like that more valuable to learn that "Learning..." books because they actually cover a topic you can make something of. Something interesting, compared to calculators and the usual gang learning programming books tend to use as examples.

I would recommend this book to people who never have tried out Perl and have generally little knowledge of programming beforehand. Most of the stuff in there is pretty basic and imho, you can learn most of it from official Perl documentation. Randall Schwartz rocks.

I love programming languages and have been in contact with the community of alot of those I have experimented and tested, and I can assurely say that the reason I continue to use and promote Perl is not just because of the language, modules or guides/tutorials. The community plays a big part of it.
