Even accounting for the rain decreasing his damage his super effective attacks will do normal damage and any grass/bug attacks are half as effective against fire anyway giving charmander the edge regardless.

When you meet a man for the first time you wouldn't ask if he is circumcised, or ask him about the size of his penis, likewise when you meet a woman for the first time you don't ask her about the state of her vagina either. It is generally considered rude to ask people about their genitals when you first meet them and I think trans people deserve the same courtesy, likewise many trans people consider the question offensive, because you wouldn't ask a cisperson the same question and are therefore, in a way, discriminating.
