I agree that the pro-state to anti-state transition is an easier one because it is the one that comes first.

Sooner or later you will realize that it is impossible not to have a state if there is property/capital. :)

At least this is the path I took. There are also statist socialists who eventually realize that you can't have true socialism/communism with a state as well. Those seem to be the two most common paths to becoming an anarchist.

Direct action is pretty fundamental to anarchism. Paul Watson got kicked out of Greenpeace because of his support for direct action tactics which is what I personally think is most interesting about these activists. They may just be single-issue animal rights activists but their views on tactics is what probably interests anarchists.

If you don't like the moderation of a forum, you can always make your own forum. In fact, I believe there are other anarchist subreddits without mods already.

Sorry, but that sounds pretty stupid. I'm not exactly going to be in a party mood while corrupt politicians are cutting backroom deals to screw over more impoverished third world workers and brainwashing our fellow workers through the corporate media's paranoia.

Criminals and violence should be dealt with in equally violent ways. Otherwise you are sending the wrong message.

Whats the point? Would we even be having this conversation right now if it wasn't for the Black Bloc? Would reddit have even noticed that the G20 was taking place without the Black Bloc? Would the brainless consuming drones of the wealthy first world even care about the crimes of their leaders if there wasn't opposition to the G20?

Peaceful protests do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Get out of the 1960's already and realize that people just ignore hippie hand-holding lovefests. At least violence gets peoples attention. Who cares if its mostly negative? All press is good press.
