I have always felt that boarding a plane and getting past security with someone else's name was fairly simple. Print the boarding pass online, then when you're passing through security you could just hand them a boarding pass with a photoshopped different name and your ID.

There's a place called Pandoras Cube right across from the view, next to dp dough. Took my xbox over there when the disc reader stopped working and they fixed it for 40$ and did a great job.
