SSRIs actually can cause legitimate issues if you miss a day. Sure they take time to come on and off, but missing a day can bring on withdrawal symptoms, and withdrawal for SSRIs is completely awful and fucks with your brain. Also, they might not be on SSRIs, there are other meds out there.

Oh god same. I hide in bathrooms way to much. They're safe and nobody can see you.

I do that too, but I'm worse about it with being late/skipping something. I'll leave too late and I'll be on my way and I'll end up being late so I won't go because if I'm ther they'll notice me and judge me and confrontation
