I will look into / think about how to add win/loss for each race. Maybe include a 'profile page' where you can just add win/loss after each game?

Hm.. would also have to include the race for win/loss in each build.

I think that this could be a really cool next feature - along with editing/in app builds. I'll try to followup as I make changes!

Two approaches:

1) Acquire an arduino, start tinkering (This is silly-easy, cheap, and resources are plentiful).

2) Think of a project, acquire hardware, make it happen. Bonus points to blog about it, etc.

Here is a thought:

Using an arduino (or other microcontroller) make a device to automatically adjust your blinds to maximize the light allowed in. Find something that you can get excited about, and you'll suddenly find time to work on it.

Do you know if the Chronos is programmable out of the box? Or would you need to get the $150 software from TI?

I was taught Verilog then VHDL in school.. VHDL took some serious time/hands on trial & error to get used to.

This is a solid idea - depending how many inputs you have, you could make a state machine that adds two numbers.

You'd just need an increment button, and a 'next' or 'calculate' button..

So the display would show 1-4 looping (5 states) then next to input a 2nd integer (5 more states), and finally the sum.

This way, 4+0 = 4, 4+4 = 8.. and you only need one seven seg display to show everything!

My two cents from searching for 30 seconds.. Have you heard of the 1394 Trade Association?

In addition to some reasonable resources, im sure you could find someone over 'that way' (there are links to forums, etc.).
