In my opinion, the general brightness shows through from underneath the damage, so you can select areas and play with the contrast and brightness, working to make the tone mtach and blend with the undamaged areas.

there is no xray vision.

you have to find a porn picture of a porn star that closely matches the body type of the person who is going to be the victim of this prank. Then you put their head/face on the body of the porn star.

If the posture matches closely, you can put the porn start body into the original photo. it should match for things like skin tone, shadows, etc.

To be done well, you probably need someone with an encylopedick knowledge of porn photography, with a collection to match.

I have no idea where you would find someone like that. not at all. not in the least. no really.

If you google for "swallow skeleton" you will find that the bones rarely, if ever, extend into the tail feathers or even the wing tips, except in some form of stylized art.

I see what you did there, but the playing field is not level

there are also other subtle but weird distortion issues.

fixing these seems to really improve the composition, and helps the center of interest, since the eye is not wandering all over the place trying to work out what is off.

It would also be nice if the advertising at the edge of the field was not in focus, since you are doing a tilt shift effect as it is.
