Okay, that's your opinion. My parents are both psychotherapists who counsel drugs addicts. I too don't sympathize with an addicts choices, but I understand the essence of addiction as a disease. Some people just have addictive personalities and are weaker willed than the gods among us men.

I distinguished that it was a mental dependency. I wasn't really looking for a lesson on the difference. However, to that end, a psychological addiction can be just as hard to deal with and overcome, aside from breaking a heroin addiction. You're basically saying that a mental illness is not a legitimate health condition, which is false.

Your last statement is false. Addiction is a disease. Yes, they are at fault. Yes, marijuana is only psychologically addictive. What you fail to realize is that certain people have addictive personalities and genetics, so once they decide the try drugs, it's only a matter of time before it defines their life.
