I strongly disagree. He's an excellent dribbler and he gets past his man ALL the time. He beat Cole so many times tonight that I lost count. To top it off, he's usually pretty consistent, he just tends to choke in the big games and that's all that people remember.

He apparently made fun of the Arsenal fans who told him he would never win anything with City because he's a money-grabbing mercenary, etc. I'm not too sure it was real, though. Mocking ex-fans would be a pretty stupid thing for most athletes to do.

I agree. He made run after run after run, constantly threatening. He simply had no one reliable to help him out on offense. If Gomez hadn't choked again and again, Bayern would have won comfortably. My only criticism of Robben was the penalty, but it really wasn't THAT bad of a shot.

Are you kidding me? Robben was one of the only people that did any work tonight for Bayern. He got past his man every single time he made a run, he just wasn't able to get his shots on target. If you're going to say Robben was bad, I wonder what you would say about Mario Gomez- he was TRASH tonight.
