Let's go back to this definition of God, many people do think God is a supernatural being of personified nature. However, that definition should not be upheld in this subreddit. There is the Supernatural definition of God and then there is the Natural definition of God.

One of these definitions belongs in r/pantheism, the other does not.

That said, pantheistic definitions of God have been in use far longer than the supernatural ones. The pantheists were here first.

Regardless of what outside circles and the propaganda of religious cults like Christianity, Judaism, or Islam would have us believe.

By and large, atheists are just unenlightened idiots who have never encountered pantheism. I could also say that by accepting God to be defined as a supernatural being and rejecting the naturalistic God, all the Christians, Jews, and Muslims are actually atheists.

Atheism

  1. Disbelief in God

Define God:

2.

^

A system is thereby created and the delusion of single belief or disbelief is shattered.

The Bible, the Quran, the Talmud, etc, are not valid authority on the definition of the word God.

Nature is the only book on God that should be accepted here, atheism is a disease that stems from flawed religious cultures like Christianity, Judaism, and Islam where people are brainwashed into accepting God to be defined as a Supernatural personified being.

There are atheist religions, we have already named a few. Scientology could be considered an atheist religion I suppose as well.

Atheism is a belief in several things.

Not only is it the belief that there is no God, it is also the belief that it possesses an accurate definition of the word God.

That is 2 beliefs. Before an atheist can reject the existance of God it has to first define God in terms that it can safely reject. Define God!?

This creates an inherit structure of beliefs.

If I neurolinguistically program a child to believe that God is a word for Brocolli then atheism becomes a blatant rejection of reality and that person should be sent to psychological counseling and shown that Brocolli is real.

The atheist would have me believe that his atheism is valid because he is asking me to accept a supernatural definition of the word God that only a mad religious nut or moron would ever believe. Given that definition of God you would have to be atheist because only a fool could believe such foolishness, then again, only a fool would accept that moronic definition of God in the first place.

The American debate between Christian Theism and American Atheism ignores the global religious debate between the various theists. Atheists are Christian's greatest allies in a larger discussion because they unwittingly accept the Supernatural definition of God.

theism =! religion

religion is simply an organized belief system. It can be atheistic, theistic, or w.e. Take forms of Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, various Eastern and Native American religions for example as well as many others which reject the supernatural definition of God and adopt a more Naturalistic God.

The belief that "God" should be defined as a supernatural being is a belief, and that is a belief held by atheists and theists alike.

The A-theism vs. Theism debate creates a yin-yang like dichotomy which is underpinned by a basic and fundamental agreement in the definition of the word God or Gods as supernatural creator being(s).

One of the unique attributes of pantheism is that it invalidates this debate by nullifying that basic axiom and defining God as a natural entity. In doing so, it repudiates any "belief" that relies on a supernatural definition of God - atheism included.

The problem with atheists, per se, is that they believe in the supernatural definition of God.

You're a damned idiot. Do you even know the difference between Strong Atheism vs. Weak Atheism?

How you define the "word" God has every bit to deal with whether or not you believe in God or not. You obviously have a belief in how this word is defined and aren't even aware of it.

If I equate the word God and make it into a synonym with the word "Universe" you would be a damned idiot for not believing it and your claim to atheism would be utter stupidity.

It depends on whether you are talking about strong atheism or weak atheism.

Atheism in many cases is a belief. It is a belief in the linguistic definition of the word God. Many atheists and theists often share the same belief in the definition of God. Atheist groups have formed religions so we need to be careful with how we say things.

If all I had to go on was the xian def. of God I would be an atheist too, but this is pantheism so....

You are defining theism, not religion. Religion is an organization of people that all share the same belief. Organized atheism is a religion.

Still trying to compromise your way out of your Creationist Woo claims of Ghost Matter and Vacuum Cleaner Holes I see.

Lets explore your claims more. Lets go more in to "your groups" claims shall we?

  • The internal combustion engine

This wonderful mechanism of state of the art physics relies on a particular pulse frequency to allow the engine to perform 'intake' 'combustion' and to 'outtake' waste gases. What is the pulse frequency of a naturally occurring stellar fusion core I wonder?

If your group is so good, lets take your Black Hole down to its source claim. This is a rather simple thought experiment performed by every freshman physics major.

What does a spherical gravitational vector field look like? What is the gravitational force that acts on a body at the center of a sphere? How do the masses compete at neutralizing when you are inside a sphere?

Yet, you continue to pursue the most non-sensical belief that you can create a "gravity-pinch" effect at the core of a star that will compress matter into a singularity.

No such Gravity Pinch is possible as a simple 3D gravitational vector field can easily prove. All fusion processes are electrical phenomenon based on the molecular ionic reactions. The idea of gravitational implosion and gravitational pinching is an absurd wet dream of physics flunkies - and for this same reason - so are Black Holes.

You are dumb, illiterate, and idiotic if you can not comprehend a simple freshman physics scenario such as a 3D spherical gravitational vector field.
