Valerian or Melatonin? Which is safest and most effective? by dc512in Health

[–]nursenicole 0 points1 point ago

i used these in combination for a while and found them to be effective together. i realize that's not your question but it's all i've got to contribute... i have not heard that either was unsafe.

Can someone please explain what dubstep, as a musical genre, is? From what I've seen it's generally dance music but with a coda where the tempo slows and the sounds goes WUBWUBWUBWUBWUBWUBWUB and then shifts back to normal timing. Am I missing something? by Always_the_gentlemanin Music

i know you dont want to hear this but you really do need to find a doctor, even if it's a free clinic somewhere. a UTI will not make your anus itch.

could be spicy food related if you're chopping peppers, garlic, etc and touching that part of your body without thoroughly washing your hands...

but you really arent doing yourself any favors by waiting to go to the doctor. money sucks :(:( but taking care of your junk is really important too. see if you can find a free clinic- even if planned parenthood is 85 bucks i can't imagine they would turn you away if you tell them you think you have an STD.

this man is one of my favorite artists. whether the art shows a progression of a mental illness or not is still up for debate, but certainly his skill and talent as an artist evolved over time and showed that his perception of the world around him was incredibly unique.

also, i remember seeing this during an acid trip, too ;)

the problem is like what another poster stated...if the patient is too violent or confused/agitated to safely help get them clean, you end up at sort of an impasse...staff shouldnt have to be put at risk of injury and neither should the patient...what's the solution?? i dont know. having family around certainly helps but what if someone doesnt have any family? what if there simply isnt enough staff to keep the person safe without some form of restraint?

i see this stuff every day at work - and we dont use these netbeds although i have worked in facilities in the past that have used them...but until there is enough public outcry for better, safer staffing levels, i'm not sure what the alternative is.
