Should be pretty simple. Take off the bars, loosen the bolts on the stem, take off the top cap. Slide the stem off, flip it, put it back on. I would put the bars back on before you tighten the stem down to help with alignment. Tighten the top cap (not real tight, just tight enough so there is no slop in the headset). Then tighten the bolts on the stem and you should be good to go.

On occasion, I have gotten pretty drunk and then binged on Doritos and then passed out. Let me tell you, wake up with the taste of Doritos in your mouth is awful. The cheese slightly dries up and sticks to your gums and teeth. Terrible.

If it's China, it's probably on some of the loess deposits. That stuff usually has a pretty high friction angle...when dry.

From what I've found out, when you first buy a mountain bike, one will do anything to prevent the frame from scratching. Then you crash, you're bound to, and you notice the first scratch. Every scratch contains a memory.
