Beetle or New Beetle? For New Beetles Simon's or Washington and Lee. For anything VW 90's or earlier I'd recommend Dale's Karr Parts at 4421 State Road, probably one of the best VW repair shops in Cleveland especially for anything air cooled.

I work for a foreign car parts warehouse in Euclid, and I've heard good things/delivered lots of parts to Alternative Solution, Simon's, and Washington and Lee. All three specialize in foreign cars, specifically Alternative in Japanese vehicles. Any of these would be good choices.
