Looks good, I would say tho that the single lines in the face don't fit with the thickness of the hair, eye, nose etc. maybe thicken the stroke or make patches of dark like on the left side of the nose

good for a first time, I'd recommend looking up tutorials, or asking someone about brush settings, looks like this was done with the basic brush, if you have a wacom tablet with pressure sensitivity you can get some great brush strokes out of the program

I was very much in your position when a high school senior. I went into school knowing very little, but through lots of work improved greatly. Looking back most of what I came up with sucked, but that just meant there was more room for improvement.

Unfortunately I don't have anything on hand to show you but if you truly have a passion for digital art it doesn't matter what your skill level. All artists progress at their own pace, just keep it up and you'll be fine...

Crows bodies are fatter (think beer belly), the tail needs to be longer, and most importantly the beak needs to look sharper instead of rounded on the end.
