The general name for this kind of edible is a firecracker, and there's lots of variations on it in terms of how much weed you use and how long you bake it (there's a bunch of different recipes online) You can use peanut-butter too!

I'd say edibles are your best bet. If you really wanna smoke and you have a friend or boyfriend on call, you could have someone pull a bong hit for you but then cap the top and let you clear it. That might eliminate the suction element, but not the smoke I guess. Maybe if you drink a lot of water as you're doing it, it might be okay? rraarr I have to get mine pulled this year so I'll be in the same boat soon, though hopefully in not as bad of pain. I'm rootin for you! :D
