I am currently having a week off work, and have woke up with the right side, dip side, of my throat kinda raw...

Its usage.

Also:Are you drinking and dipping? because that helps the bad feel.(swallowing bits will make you fell bad/burn yr throat)

You get used to it. if its stop/start usage its obvious why....Regualr usuage will build resiallance... If you stop/start or go too hard one time, you will get that feel.

Its just normal.

I hope that made sense...im on holidays...

Not sure really. I just chew it until it gets annoying and stuck in my teeth.

I like the taste and the nicotine hit from chew, its just really impractical.
