Life is full of bad and good. Learn to take pleasure in the little things. Like the good feeling you get when you help someone out. Or the beauty of a sunset or flower.

If you are constantly sad, you should see a doctor. You might have depression.

I do that also. You probably have a processing issue in your brain that you never knew about. This is common in people with learning disabilities.

My son has ADHD he likes that is gives him more energy. Him taking medicine is a toss up. He concentrates better on it. But he is more social and eats more when he is not on it.

I had to come back into work after hours. I went to the bathroom and locked myself out of the office with my keys and cell phone inside.
