Also, I do believe a society where people cooperate instead of compete, will bring forth much bigger breakthroughs in much more important areas than today. Pharmaceutical industries will focus on cures and low hanging fruits instead of medecine that are patentable, doesn't cure and is expesnive. All information will be free, no IP or copyrights. In a society without lower classes, crime will be way down. The unproductive parts of the world will be helped into productivity through this collaboration etc. This is from the top of my head though, and there are definitely more benefits!
