I once saw a mother and son shopping in a drugstore. The mom was older and told her son she couldn't read the small print on a bottle of medicine off the shelf. The son, who was around 20-25 and looked fairly normal, responded, "You know why? Because you're fucking stupid. Like, really stupid." Proceeded to laugh like a fucking psychopath.

I was about two feet away from them when I overheard this, already dumbfounded, but what got me was how normal she seemed to think it was. She just said, "yeah, you're probably right, son." So sad and creepy.
