Keep going bud, I have pretty much the exact body form as you. I'm 145 now and I finally broke my bench plateau to 190.

Advice: do LOTS of chinups, on any given day that I'm not doing legs, I do 40+ chin ups. It gives you a great V shape.

I usually go to mavericks (a place just for guy hair cuts) in jackson square, right infront of the RBC entrance in there, 20 bucks + tips (so around 23), very professional, always gives you a clean, nice haircut, would definitely recommend.

I can see where you are coming from but let me clarify that adderall doesn't make you smarter, if it made you smarter, it would be equivalent of taking steroids for working out. I do agree that it gives you an edge in terms of concentration but at the same time if your going to get distracted, your going to get distracted hardcore.
