Callers are able to report suspected abuse. It's not up to the caller to determine if there is abuse or not. It's up to the people that come to your house to determine that. As long as you're a good parent, you're not neglecting your kid, and you're not abusing your kid you'll be just fine. I would rather have people make reports even if they're not completely sure there is abuse than not to report it at all. It saves lives, although I can understand how it may be embarrassing if you're a really great parent and there is absolutely no abuse happening whatsoever.
