Goodreader does not temporarily cache in the sense that you are describing. The next best thing I can think of is to use an FTP or http server running locally on your machine that you could browse from safari on the iPad. Honestly I wouldn't even bother with Goodreader at that point. The interface would be a bit crude, but you could browse your local collection in safari and just use the built in PDF reader if you are only interested in reading. That would, of course, necessitate taking care of organization tasks on the computer.

How many books do you have in PDF and how did you get them?

I would use a combination of Dropbox or sugarsync with goodreader, but there are 2 gb and 5 gb limits for the free services, respectively. You might consider dropping books you know you will be interested in reading into one of the above before you leave your computer, otherwise you could go roundabout and use logmein to drop books into the Dropbox while on the go as you needed them.

Would you mind giving some insight into what you do or food for $120-200/month? My fiancee and I go through about $280/month in food and we don't even live together (I sometimes eat with my roomies for free and she eats at her parents for free pretty often). I'm concerned about our financial situation for the first year we are married so I am trying to cut down wherever I can and that is our biggest spending categories that we have any control over.

Download the best clear lockscreen 5.0 for iPhone from the modmyi repo. Open the folder it is stored in and delete everything except for the clear camera graphic and apply that theme. I think that should make your camera clear.

The high rate online savings accounts are the real deal. It looks too good to be true maybe, but it's really just because there are no physical branches the banks have to pay for. That being said, the AMEX account is relatively new, so I expect the rate to drop a bit once they have a sizable customer base. Ally bank and ING also have competitive rates. The only one I can speak about is ING. Every time I call I am directed right to a person who can help. I have never been transferred to another department while I sit on hold for hours on end. Their website is nice and their checking account is nice too if you open one of those up. Just my .02

I forget where I read it, but I once read that if something says "compare to name brand x", then it is required by the FDA to have proven to be just as effective as the name brand in trials. Don't quote me, I just seem to remember that tidbit from somewhere...

Along these lines, some friends wanted to get a temporary plate for a car to avoid state inspection and paying for permanent registration, so friend A sold it to friend B for "one dollar, fifty-seven cents and a baseball cap". Direct quote from the bill of sale used to get the temporary plate. Once the temp plate expired, it was sold back to the original owner for a similar amount. Not the most ethical thing to do, but humorous nonetheless.

Save the dates are sent out before everything is planned so that people know in advance to plan to not be busy on that day. Once you have all the details finished, you send out formal invites with menu choices, times, and locations.
