Registerd partnership has been legal in Sweden since 1995 which gives the couples exactly the same rights as married couples. The only reason for why same sex marriage got introduced in 2009 was so gay couples could get married in church.

I really doubt that. Hell, look at the last picture in Hanakos good end. She spoiler. I personally think that what happened in Lillys route could just as well happen in Hanakos route after the good end, since Lillys route progressed over a longer time span than Hanakos. She shouldn't have any problems with making friends and things like that after what happens in her good end.
