We have no evidence he followed mr Martin after e operator advised against it. Many who carry a concealed weapon carry with one in the chamber for instances where you don't have time to chamber a round.(this is perfectly legal and safe with a holstered weapon.

Several seconds passed between the time the hollering and the shot occurred. If you had a weapon and were looking for a reason to shoot someone, why bother hollering when you're being attacked? If he wanted to shoot him, he would have done it sooner. He may not have wanted to, but some don't care about that possibility.

He was distinguishing between an order and a "you don't need to do that". again, audio seems to show Zimmerman stopped running at that time.

There is the crux of the incident. We don't know what happened.

Your last statement assumes that Zimmerman WANTED to use his gun.

If he was on the ground and if he wasn't looking to use his gun, hollering for help would be EXACTLY what he would do. I'd appreciate a link to the audio of begging for his life, as all I've heard was the hollering of "help" and what sounded like "no" so far.

Investigation definitely, but not necessarily an arrest, depending on the circumstances.

That's the point, can't arrest for stalking and shooting without knowing that/why they did it. IANAL, but I think arrests,even without conviction, go on your record.

and I don't fault them at all for demanding an investigation. It is needed. What isn't needed is people demanding Zimmerman be arrested and convicted without due process.

as a football player you are generally practicing on a regular basis and have complete strength training. No evidence Zimmerman was in shape, and in the older mugshot, he definitely wasnt.

He moved from where he was at the beginning of the call when he gave the operator the location. Yes, he was no longer at his vehicle, but investigators will need to find out if he pursued farther after saying "Ok". you can hear him running/walking during the call and it sounds like that is what prompts the operator to ask if hes following. He told Zimmerman "We dont need you to do that" and the sounds of Zimmerman's travel stop immediately as he says "ok"

You don't know it was Trayvon that screamed. The eyewitnesses claim Zimmerman was the one hollering for help.

The grand jury will decide if there is evidence to arrest and if so, he will be.

read the transcript of Zimmerman's 911 call, it doesnt sound like he followed them after they told him they didnt need to. He said OK, and it sounds like he stopped running.
