It is not accurate to say that Easter Church does not changes. The problem with Roman Catholicism is not the changes it has introduced per se, but the way (Magisterium) it introduce it, which tend to be unilateral. Easter Church consider that Protestanism emerge partly in reaction to it. On top of that, the way Western Catholicism split from its Easter Catholicism add much doubt to its authority as the Catholic/Universal Church.

If the state force you to look, speak and behave French, that is cultural fascism.

That argument would have sounded better if the law did not deliberately exempt Christian religious habit of wearing crucifix. The law is deliberately designed, in practice, to suppress non Christian religion. It does not stand on secular principle of neutrality at all.

Had the law inconvenienced majority religion, it wouldn't have passed.

Maybe it is time to accept that it is o.k. to differentiate/discriminate for the right reason. On average, woman drink less.

Once woman start to drink as much as man, economics would have eventually taken care of the differentiation in fees.
