Yes. It is possible, but you should make it appear casual. Notice something on her and strike up a conversation related to it. For instance, "Hey! Is that a pedometer? I was looking to buy one of those.". And, once you gauge the interest, you can take initiative by asking if she'd like to go to the Jamba Juice shop nearby. That's what a girl did to me, and it seemed very natural.

This is purely anecdotal, but I drink 2-3 glasses of milk after dinner on heavy workout days. I feel completely replenished and recovered in the morning. This is in addition to post-work protein with water. I also sleep for a good 8 hours.
