This is sad. I think the pilot was right to call them out on unprofessional behavior. I am up there in years, and was taught to respect a uniform, but I cannot imagine how young people today would respond to seeing/hearing such behavior from TSA agents. Way to go, TSA.

Both my Mom and Dad - they both came from Germany in the late 50s and as my brothers and I were growing up they would take us to a local "German-American" club at that time (of which they were both in a choir) and after choir practice they would all stand around the bar and sing songs together. For the longest time I thought all bars/clubs where adults gathered must be like this. I loved it. Note: There were a lot of children who were watched by other adults as choir practice, etc. went on in the club.

You are probably right. But it's far beyond "retired people". I think everyone sometimes wishes they could be like "Judge Judy", in whatever format, and put some serious smackdown on some people. We can't, but we can watch her do it.
