Personally I think the cop should have tackled the man when he had his pants around his legs it would have been easier. The cop really, really hesitated and that was unprofessional.

I watched the video again. At 1:26 the guy in the red jacket had no right to punch him. It isn't justice of course what we're seeing here. Not that "acting" crazy in a crowd won't get a person beaten up 90% of the time but the title for this post just seems like part of the stigma that mental illness has and to consider this justice just goes to show how society thinks. So yeah I agree.

Considering there is a huge section of footage missing from the video it is very possible. She might have just started screaming and crying out of nowhere after propositioning the man. The video doesn't show the beginning or the part where the alleged man might have been explaining what happened in English. I'm glad you caught that.
