Hello, I think you probably want to submit this to /r/gamemusic rather than /r/chiptunes.

Dependency Injection: How to sell it - Programmers by yannisrizosin programming

Feel free to elaborate. Specifically, on these claims:

DI reduces testability because it fosters untestable designs

Mocking convoluted injections is difficult, laborious and brittle.

Those who try it usually give up soon.

Haha, the sad thing is this guy still thinks we'll be eating it in the end. Why stop being delusional now?

I'm breathing a deep sigh of relief here. I didn't want to go to the gallows for treason, but the threat has passed!

Posts like this make me wish this subreddit would just ban image posts.

On second thought, let's not go to r/RonPaul. It is a silly place. by JohnDeuxTroisin EnoughPaulSpam

Aw, I'm sad to see it got downvoted. That could have been a hilarious thread of Paulbots singing their love for a septuagenarian politician a capella, trying to out do one another and such. Now I'll just have to imagine it :(

A few question for EPS. by idiomain EnoughPaulSpam

[–]OneAndOnlySnob 9 points10 points ago

I think Ron Paul is a symptom, not the disease. I think Ron Paul is a terrible candidate, but what makes an irrelevant politician like him a part of my life is the overzealous and ignorant supporters that just simply cannot understand any of the myriad reasons people don't like their candidate.

These people aren't magically going to go away. Ron Paul will forever stand as a symbol of when political ignorance and social media first got truly out of hand to the internet aware, but I have no doubt that many political cults will follow with Rand Paul being next chosen one. Maybe I'll just continue calling these no chance candidates Ron Paul and the supporters can continue to be Paulbots. It'll be interesting to see if it's another gold nut next time.

If /r/EnoughPaulSpam dies down, /r/conspiratard will continue to provide me with amusement. It's the same people making fun of the same stuff, just without the focus on Paul.

Anyone else here a former paulbot? If so, why did you leave? by Mfisk323in EnoughPaulSpam

[–]OneAndOnlySnob 1 point2 points ago

Never a Paul supporter, but I did vote for Badnarik in 2004 and it probably took until March 2005 for me to regret it. Badnarik is probably a better man than Ron Paul though.

At least in early 2008, I did tend to think that Ron Paul was better than the other republicans, but I don't think that's true anymore either. I would prefer a moderate republican to an extremist like Ron Paul if those are the choices.

Don't leave out his cookbook. Sometimes special dietary rules can help a group keep an identity.

Predicting specific things at specific times in a sociological field is very difficult. But economists do actually get the majority of their predictions right even then, which I highly doubt you spend much time reading about. This also simply has nothing to do with understanding why the gold standard was not a good system. Now please stop spamming me with your ignorant comments.

Weathermen consistently fail to predict the weather tomorrow. Does that mean Hurricane Katrina can't be understood as a weather event?

How can economists be right about the past if they can't even predict the future, right? Typical libertard.

Haha, I love the comments the economists made:

eesh. Has it come to this?

A gold standard regime would be a disaster for any large advanced economy. Love of the G.S. implies macroeconomic illiteracy.

This proposal makes no sense in the modern world. Just look at the Eurozone to see the consequences.

Why tie to gold? why not 1982 Bordeaux?

Gold is intrinsically close to useless, so its price is determined as a "bubble".
