I'm not really sure that you understand how percentages work. Did you just add up 20 lots of 5?

Firstly the growth rate of sub-Saharan Africa is 2.3%. So after 20 years their population will be 122% of today's population.

But hey, let's not listen to anything resembling facts because everyone knows that their population will double in the next 20 years. RIGHT?!
