No, just brilliance brought to the task by the world of experience. Obama in his book says capatalism is the enemy. The NYT admits editorially they are socialists, all of which is leaning heavily towards communism. Now you might be bright enough to know "communmism" is ugly even if accurate. So you proobably call Obama and the NYT and yourself "progressive." What that word means is taking by force money from people who earned it and giving it to people who did not earn it, the Moocher Class. So, grow up.

Not at all. Anarchy means everyone is so responsible that no government is needed. Conservatism is in the same vein in that the less laws and regulations the better.

Not at all. Conservatism is all about less rules, less oughts, less shoulds, in a phrase less orthopraxy. Liberalism is all about rules and what should/must be done. I will eat my chicken as I frigging want to, not as some divit say to.

Apples are clones. Each apple seed is completely new. When one produces an interesting fruit the tree is cloned because the seeds will never be like the parent.

There is no reason to die from eating poison hemlock other than shear ignorance, or amateur arrogance. I you propertly identify a plant you will never poison yourself, assuming you are not committing suicide.

Nonsense. After three days or so your body switches to burning fat (ketones) rather than carbs. Ketones are the preferred food for the heart and the body makes enough glucose from the fat to feed the brain and one actually thinks better. One can easily and effectively go for weeks without food. Now where things start to fall apart is week five or six, not day five or six.

As an expert on finding food I don't worry about starving at all. Plus I've been off carbs for years so a reduction of the major staples of humanity mean little to me except a lot of hungry violent people. There is food everywhere. The real issue will be keeping it.

No I am an expert. Apples are not cultivars. They are clones. They have been in their modern form some 7,000 years, originating in Kazakhstan, where there are still apple forests with trees growing as large as oaks. Your ignorance of apple botany is beside the point. There is no evidence that genetically modifed food is safe. It is assumed safe. That same assumtpion was given with transfats, and HFCS, and various food dyes. Time, and significant populations consuming a food, determine whether it is safe or not, not a vested interest.

Because there is no evidence they are safe to eat. An apple has been around 7,000 years. It has been eaten by enough people over enough time to be known as safe to eat. With genetically modified food there is an assumption that it is safe. No one has eaten enough of said over time to prove that is so. And more to the point, the scientist in the kitchen has a lousy track record regarding health and nutrition. Why should be GM foods be suddenly different?

I didn't enslave their people for 400 years. I did not kill 22,000 of them in the 1900s. I don't threaten their sovereignty daily as the Turkish military does Greece daily. I am not a rabid Muslims, and rabid Muslims are in charge of the Turkish government. They are the blood thirsty aggressors. My position is one of self defense. Today's women prefer to act like men (which is why the marriage rate is the lowest in recorded history.) Getting the female men back into the kitchen will not work. And as the rest of the men are not gay, they ain't going back as well. While I find it lamentable more people don't cook, neither he not she regardless of gender has a motivation to cook.
