Yes! I actually love the identify-this-font posts, it's a good chance to test my skills, and often I learn something. It also serves as a jumping off point for a discussion, e.g. "What you have here is hand lettering, not a typeface, but it's in the New York tradition, so you can capture the same spirit with Gotham." Lastly, some of the specimens in what-the-font posts are pretty cool—hence the impetus to track down the typeface name to begin with.
