Well it depends on the woman. If she strives for sex it's good for me. Now the situation where I decide lies within her character. When she is too clingy about it I might as well decline. But as soon as I get the feeling that she knows what she is talking about and mature, I go for it. By that I mean not just because she wants sex, but because I can please her. There is a difference between she wants sex to get to me or she wants sex with me.

IP address wouldn't help you anyways much. The information is stored at the ISP and you don't have access to it.

When they used mail.ru there is not much you can do as an individual. Submit it to the police, they may take up on this depending on threat-level.
