This is pretty much acknoledged as the best naruto fanfiction of all time. It's what if naruto had been placed in team 8 with kurenai instead of team 7 with kakashi. Give it a go, it's pretty good.

It's a shame that 99.9999% of fanfiction is so absolutely, resolutely terrible.

I wouldn't call china's government secular, which means neutral towards religion(or lack of it), and china's government is militantly anti-religion. You can't really be part of the communist party if you're at all relifgious, or so i've heard, which means you can't get a job in the government.

Honestly, they're just as bad as most theocratic nations, and worse than many, and i say this as an atheist.

I think dsigned001 is alluding the the fact that the court of law of a few countries have established that drunk women who change their minds after the fact (or who claim no memory of consenting) can press charges for rape (and are actually taken seriously).

example:

The woman, who described herself as a "recreational binge drinker", said she had no memory of having sex and claimed she was incapable of giving consent.

I've seen more than a few articles with this this same scenario. A woman can consent while drunk, and then remove that consent ex post facto.

SoraKA with full cdr running about 250 ap does 250 damage every 1.5 secs, and together with abyssal shreds away 140 mr. I wouldn't be surprised if she did a big part of the damage in those teamfights. Not to mention lulu with those full cdr q's every 3 secs, and mundo with his w doing 100 magic damage per second.

Remember also that flat mr reduction can reduce mr below 0 and that gets you magic increase. -25 mr is +20% magic damage.

So, even if they blew everything to take out kog, they were still fucked, because you blew everything and you have a shitload of sustained damage still around.
