Write a very detailed email, explaining the issue and including your's, your mother's, and your girlfriend's IP addresses. Save the email and re-read it the next day (don't rush this). Once you are completely satisfied with the tone of your email, send it to adsense-support@google.com. Only send the one email, and send it from the email address tied to your adsense account. You may never get a reply, so make the one email count. Good luck!
