One of many aspects: PV can produce electricity in partial shade or at different angles too, the Fresnel lens needs always direct bright sunshine.

Auch wenn in anderen Ländern offensichtlich freiere Regeln gelten, würde ich persönlich durchaus einen Arzt hierzulande fragen, warum das hier nicht frei erhältlich ist. Ob das reine Gewinnmaximierung der Branche ist, oder ob bei uns kritischeren Studien mehr Relevanz eingeräumt wurde. Natürlich vorausgesetzt, Du kennst hier einen Arzt, dem Du wirklich vertraust.

These considerations are a great example from the UK right wing government how Soviet style planned economy can be seen as a working precondition to have fossil and nuclear beat renewables. After all they seem to realize that Chinese or Russian habits could be more successful in pushing old tech than the industrialized free markets. Politically we also learn how the right wing harmonizes with dictatorships and if they are so called left governments.

Zudem ist auf Deutsch "Austria" durchaus auch ein Begriff. Primär quasi aus dem Lateinischen. "tu felix Austria" aus "Bella gerant alii, tu felix Austria nube." ist schon noch ein geflügeltes Wort.
