It's not a lack of morals. . . it's the absence of salvation. The only way to get into heaven is to accept Jesus as your personal lord and savior. . . so there may be the same sense of morality between atheists and christians but christians believe one must proclaim Jesus as lord for salvation . . . if not, hell you go.

Although, it seems like all the cool people I hang out with now will be in hell so that's probably where I would like to be anyway.

I always thought Christians believed Athiests were going to hell, not that they were less moral or moral-less. I also think calling someone a good Christian man/woman just implied that they hold the same "moral standards"/ideals/beliefs/etc. as every other Christian. But, I can totally see what you're saying... never thought about that...kind of scary.

Plus, he is an asswipe and he doesn't tip servers. He is homophobic, hateful and disgustingly (and tax free) rich. Which I would say was not very moral, but what do I know?

I really think the problem is the poor turn out of minority (which is not such a minority anymore), low income and youth voters. If these three groups voted in every single election. . . oh the possibilities.

This is a bit off from your request so forgive me. I think it's important that you understand that Americans have been, still are, and until people over 40 are dead, will be irrational idiots. They don't like the guy that tells them to stop using so much gas and to cut back on spending. The like the guy that appeals to their "Christian sensibility" and fears. It works everytime. He told people to cut back, use less gas and be nice to one another, so, he had to go.

Are we really surprised that information is hidden from the public, or, that we are being outright lied to?

I am not even shocked or surprised anymore. Which is very sad.

I do my part to spread some truths to friends and family, I concerve where I see room, stop driving so much, no meat eating, purchase local produce and started a garden this year.

It takes all of us working together to make a difference. Since we don't we can just enjoy life until we all explode. The end!

Actually, your tax dollars are used for repayment of the loans your elected officials took out to provide services to pay for things like police (who have way too much power); sugar, corn and gas subsidies (we know the issues with that); invading countries (A.K.A. wars) . . .

They are indeed terrorists. They use violence and fear to control and manipulate a group of people. Anytime someone speaks out against their use of violence (always 100% of the time in self defence according to Israelis) that person is considered an anti-semite. Again, inflicting fear into all who disagree with Isreals policies.

I do expect them to use every single penny they can suck out of us. I don't expect that my tax dollars should go to fund what I believe to be a terrorist organization that is systematically committing acts of violence and murder (terrorism) in the name of Israel.

They most certainly are terrorists. Very heavily funded (The USA alone sends billions to Israel annually) terrorists to be exact. The defense Palestinians have: throwing rocks, suicide bombs, smuggling in weapons to defend their land and culture. We cannot be so quick to call Muslims terrorists and hesistant to call Israelis terrorists.

Have you seen the video of the Israeli Navy boarding the ship; kicking ass and asking questions later? Reality check please - this is terroristic behavior, regardless of any religious belief/affilitation.
