TL;DR

"three firms, Palantir Technologies, HBGary Federal and Berico Technologies, planned to "disrupt" Salon.com columnist Glenn Greenwald's support of WikiLeaks, create a disinformation campaign to discredit the secrets outlet, sow discord among WikiLeaks volunteers, and use cyber attacks to target the website's infrastructure."

as an "atheist" i'm really glad to be included in this man's very heartfelt statement about the movement around him... i feel a lot of solidarity for any of the kindhearted openminded, constructive ppl of this planet, but I hope they don't think I hold their religion against them -- I'm just not into it

i would echo that for my experience in lebanon... there was a wonderful family that happened to have a cow, and a few goats, on the bottom floor (where the garage would be)... about 30 feet away, the next house over, was the local "bodega" where you could buy cigarettes, stamps, paper, pens, a few pantry items and use one of their dozen dial-up connected computers to access the internet.... town called rahbe... no street names.... mail was delivered by family name (comma) rahbe, lebanon
