they're not illegal at all - I've bought them in New York City and now that I live in San Francisco I can walk down the street and buy kinder eggs. You just have to visit a major metropolitan area, go to any vaguely ethnic or european grocery store, and they'll be by the counter with all the other kinder stuff,.

if you have a habit of refrigerating your eggs and live in a developed country, you will possibly go your entire life without encountering a rotten egg.

I'm 30 and live in the US, and I've never had eggs go bad on me. In other countries they're not even refrigerated at the store.

I'm standing with the SCOTUS on this one - a mandate for an individual to buy insurance from the existing insurance companies is unconstitutional.

Everyone should be encouraged to get this vaccine, regardless of age or gender.

We are, in our time, dealing with a pandemic of viral cancers that many people are not willing to talk about, because they are sex-related. It's not a moral issue people, it's a public health catastrophe.

we weren't. I have never been ok with the idea of a public mandate to buy insurance, and neither have my liberal (democratic-socialist) family members and friends. But we don't exist in the current political climate in America. Obama used the carrot-on-a-string of public health care to get our votes, and when he was elected, all of our concerns were quietly swept under the rug to please the insurance lobby.

Obama and the Democrats in power (except for a few token few, Sanders and Kucinich come to mind) are pretty far right from what progressives in this country want. This is no big secret, but I do love ranting about it.
