I play with a netbook, and my average load time is about 5 minutes. That means that that times I had problems with the game (not responding to mouse clicks) restarting the game put me in the 8 minutes mark or so.

In game it works nice (well, some stutter sometimes when there's too many things going on) and, partly because I can't play much, I mostly do vs AI. First thing I say when entering the champions selection screen is "Slow loading computer".

When people comment about my PC I tended to joke along ("I need more wood, there's not enough stem pressure") nowadays I simply say "I accept donations", it's also funny and diffuses the situation.
